Service Description
Guest-ready turnover for a property around 2,000 sq ft. Includes fresh bed setup and linen staging, bathroom sanitizing, kitchen surfaces and appliance cleaning, floors, trash removal, restocking available supplies, and a final presentation check. Please share the property size, bed and bath count, and guest checkout and check-in times before booking. Larger homes, heavy buildup, extensive laundry, and special requests may need a custom quote.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure quality service and proper scheduling, we kindly ask that all bookings be made in advance. • Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. • Same-day or last-minute bookings are subject to availability. • We value your time and appreciate your respect for ours as we strive to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience.
